问题一：emqx_auth_mysql插件无法启动,相应配置正常

数据库连接超时了？你在同网络访问你的数据库是否正常，不要在你mysql同一个机器上执行。

你是用的容器启动吗？你容器里的网络和mysql是否通？你到你容器里访问mysql试试

如果是这样，原来正常，现在连不上。日志中是timeout。很大可能是网络哪里限制了，如果这样你就到你broker容器里进行telnet 你mysql端口试试

如果这样，你想办法从你容器中进行telnet mysql的端口。确保网络有没有问题。实在不行，你使用最新版本试试，4.3.10版本，排查一下老版本是否有问题
